Web store Delivery & Freight Policy
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You will see the full charge before completing your purchase. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging and delivery.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 2 working days in the North Island and 3 working days in the South Island unless an item ordered is out of stock. In this case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

Note that higher charges will apply for large/heavy items and also for deliveries to some rural and remote areas. We will advise you by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
All of our orders are sent via courier so they will need to be signed for; please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday.
